WETZ: SAVING — TO EARN!

The economic crisis, the decline in demand for energy, the increased exchange rate, the complication of the importation of goods into the Russian Federation from several countries, all this led to a quite logical problems in servicing foreign machinery. Prices for parts greatly increased and began the pursuit of cost. Many importers and spare parts dealers are trying to catch a new trend changed its range of products, and not for the better. By demanding from their suppliers and manufacturers the best conditions, they succeeded, but at what cost? Simplification of the process to the detriment of the quality of original spare parts and substitute a fake.

As a result, end-users were at a standstill. On the one hand, high prices of spare parts, and on the other to face the fear of poor quality parts. «Import substitution» in one form or another it has become apparent, and perhaps the only way out in this situation.

The course on the analogue

Company «GetPart» successfully moved in this direction. Its experts working in the service of diesel engines and the sale of spare parts for mining trucks, decided to correct a tendency to skew the quality of parts, and the growth of prices. And they found a solution.

In 2015, «GetPart» the company’s management to realize the plan, the work of recent years: the creation of new, high-quality analog parts for several engines of mining equipment. Consequently, and realize this is the «import substitution» of his, Russian products are not inferior in quality to foreign brands. We will understand: what is the «analog», and why is it needed?

Any technique with time it involves repair of worn components and assemblies. This operation usually costs «a lot of money», given the high cost of imported samples. Here is what they come to the rescue «analogues», which made the company, unrelated to the original manufacturer.

Russia does not expect Russia offers!

Typically, such products to execute virtually indistinguishable from the original. Quality can not be worse than the original, and the cost is always much lower than «branded» items. Owners machinery clearly know that the cost of using the technique depends on the optimal purchase prices of spare parts and their lifetime.

In the world practice of using peers is not new, but is just beginning to gain momentum in Russia. This is an objective reason — due to flood the market in the 90 years of Chinese bad quality goods to «peers» in the Russian consumer confidence appeared solid.

It is noteworthy that the facts of supply of low-quality components from China there are today, but in China also understand the fragility of such practices.Consequently, in Chinese factories is increasing the flow of investments, there is an active re-equipment of production, with the participation of experts from Europe, Japan, USA. Naturally, the improvement of the quality outputs of these products on the European and American markets. What is in store for Russia? Yes, actually, do not wait and already offers!

Quality as a goal

From 7 to 10 June 2016 Novokuznetsk at the «Coal and Mining» company «GetPart» presents brand WETZ. As part of this international specialized forum, it shows not only already on sale spare parts by brand WETZ, but also to share their own achievements over the past two years.

The company «GetPart», headquartered in the city of Kemerovo, is not new to the market of spare parts. The manufacturer has already established itself as a reliable supplier of original spare parts and analogues for Cummins and Caterpillar engines. Today «GetPart» has its representative offices in Russia, China and the US, which is a reliable guarantee of product quality control, efficiency and security of supply.

With regard to the quality of specialists’ GetPart «principled and far from the position of those companies that claim to» quality products «(and at the same time, have no idea about any specifications or requirements for its safe transport).

This position of the company is not accidental and developed from their own observations, accumulated during a visit manufacturing facilities of many foreign companies.

What is the force, Pareto?

The significance of these observations was to find answers to the basic questions: what is it, the production process of manufacturing products, there are no hidden nuances? Do not take away from the stages of production of any minor at first glance, the procedure? Whether metal alloys meets the quality standards?

It turned out that not all industries, there are research units that can control the quality and comply with all standards. Without such a division, to talk about standards of production can only conditionally — so it was necessary to organize a search for it.

Over the year it took to find and enter into a contract with a company in Germany. «GetPart» received valuable information about the sequence of the stages of production and rules complying with all the technical regulations of individual parts.

Inspired by the rule of the Italian engineer, economist and sociologist Vilfredo Pareto, in «GetPart» developed a program in which the company’s specialists have focused on the development and production of 20% of the spare parts needed to repair the engine, but make up 80% of its working capacity. Naturally, the production is carried out in compliance with all international quality standards and in cooperation with European partners.

in the «details» Quality

Get at least the piston and piston rings — these are some of the most significant components of the engine piston assemblies (that is included in those same 80%). During the operation they bear considerable cyclic mechanical and thermal loads.

Piston WETZ produced by solid chill casting of high quality aluminum alloy at a temperature of 700C °. This prevents destruction of the piston due to temperature extremes and vibration. The subsequent high build anodizing piston provides protection against corrosion and mechanical abrasion. Tinning outer surface will provide the best lubrication during running-in period. The correct geometry shape of the piston combined with the compression ring WETZ provide the best heat exchange properties of the sleeve, and the skirt is corrugated structure ensures an even distribution of motor oil (which is extremely important when starting the engine in a low temperature range).

Regarding rings WETZ, each of them made by an individual technology that ensures efficient removal of heat by all three piston rings from minimizes undesirable penetration of gases from the cylinder and back, evenly distributes oil.

So concentrated was adjusted and «sharpen» spare parts WETZ, before you offer them to the market.

Reliability — sealed

WETZ parts immediately recognizable as the execution, packaging and labeling clearly different from other brands, and fakes. And to know the opinion of authoritative experts have already tested WETZ on their engines were not working. Based on current economic realities, the famous saying «saved the ruble — it earned ruble» as relevant as ever, as WETZ allows also to earn!

In February 2016 WETZ received official certificate of conformity issued by the SPC «Autoexpert» (Research and Production Center certifying the main engineering companies in Western Russia). The certificate was issued on the basis of the 9 test reports for compliance regulations TR CU 018/2011 «On the safety of wheeled vehicles».

It remains to add that being in close cooperation with German specialists, today WETZ strategy is aimed at the introduction in Russia of all modern aspects of production and marketing. This includes customer support programs, comprehensive information on the Russian site wetz.ru, own repair base and exit emergency teams, providing an extended warranty, workshops for mechanics, and more. All this tells the exhibition «Coal and Mining», which will open its doors on June 7 in Novokuznetsk.
